The proposed reading piece comes from Malcolm Gladwell’s book “Blink: the power of thinking without thinking”. (M. Gladwell is a sociologist and a best-selling author in US and Canada).
It is a sociological case study on how to measure public opinion towards some very well-known products.
Proposed reading is quite entertaining and informative so be sure not to skip on it!)
